"It was my first experience using Oculus virtual reality in an autism-friendly environment and it was interesting and engaging. The environment included calming elements such as the train, bubbles, swings, and a game with colored blocks, which made the space feel playful and supportive. Although I experienced some dizziness during movement—which made certain actions slightly uncomfortable—the experience helped me understand how virtual reality can be used as a supportive tool. The addition of natural elements can be helpful in reducing sensory stress and promoting relaxation."
